Awesome trip with excellent phone apps from AMA and Coggin travel to plan and execute the many excursions on the River cruise.  Flights and airport transfers and hotels for pre-and post-Wine cruise adventures were also fantastic.

It was a blast! The Rhine cruise had great excursions; the food was phenomenal; the wine was great; and the entertainment and activities were so much fun. It was a fabulous cruise!

Jeff and Cindy kept everyone apprised of activities and changes in plans onboard. They were on top any issues that occurred.

The boat was new and beautiful, the kitchen was fabulous, all the personnel were highly professional and friendly, evening entertainment was varied and high quality, and most of the on-shore excursion guides were very good. The itinerary was somewhat dependent upon current water levels in the Rhine.

Jeff and Cindy Coggin are really fabulous travel agents! I can't say enough about how great the Grand France trip I planned with them was. It included two river cruises and several guided tours, including a trip viewing Chateaus in the Loire Valley. Their attention to detail is amazing. One of the first mornings on the cruise from Paris to Normandy Cindy asked how I slept. I just casually mentioned I couldn't sleep because the engine noise was so loud. I realized I made a mistake taking a cabin in the back of the boat. Before I knew it, she contacted Jeff and he changed my stateroom in the wine tasting cruise (next cruise) to one toward the front! I will never travel again without planning with them.

We just returned from a great trip to Spain and France. Jeff and Cindy arranged the entire trip aboard the AMA Waterways ship Dolce. The pre-cruise in Spain took us to Bilbao and St. Sebastian. The cruise was in Bordeaux. The food, wine (especially the wine) was great. Jeff did a couple classes on how to evaluate wine and there were numerous wine tastings. I can highly recommend Coggin Travels to everyone. This was our fourth trip with Coggin Travels and we depart on our fifth one the day after Christmas.

Every detail was planned out perfectly and when I would find a new excursion or restaurant they were extremely helpful in planning out the details to incorporate any extra things we found to do.

We initially started planning our weeklong Sicily trip for our group of seven (7) on our own. We had not been to Sicily before, so we had no contacts (e.g., guides, boat operators, property companies) and were researching things from scratch.
In speaking with Cindy Coggin at Coggin Travels, Cindy said, “why aren’t you asking me to help.” It was a very timely and good question!

Cindy's knowledge and expertise were were instrumental in helping us select our initial European river cruise. It was so helpful to have them make all the transfer arrangements ahead of time - and then, due to a last minute change on the embarkment town, they canceled the existing ones and scheduled new ones.
